We ship all our jewelry packages with a letterbox package, so you do not have to stay at home to accept our order. The Kimono are shipped in a larger box.
In order to offer the best possible service, we ship all our orders via DPD.

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Your shipping costs are clearly displayed when you place an order. The shipping costs of return shipments are always for your own account.

Cancel order
An order can be canceled, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please send an email to info@mudbysyl.com for checking. We will refund the purchase amount to your bank account as soon as possible - within 14 days at the latest.
RETURNS
Still not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the package to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: the return costs are for your own account and the products must be unused, complete and in the original intact packaging, otherwise a return cannot be processed by us.
We have thoroughly checked all items that we ship beforehand. In principle, therefore, no damaged items are sent out. If an item is damaged, we request that you contact info@mudbysyl.com immediately upon receipt
Return my order
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Returns are at your own risk. This means that MUD BY SYL is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always make sure that you make a return shipment in a traceable way and that you keep the Track & Trace code properly. The costs of the return shipment are always for your own account.
Returns roadmap
We hope you are happy with your article. Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? That is not a problem at all.
Follow the steps below to quickly and easily return your item (s):
Step 1: Put the items you want to return unused and completely in the original packaging.
The jewelry will be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it from us, which means:
- The jewelry has not been worn
- The jewelry and box are undamaged
- The packaging is undamaged
- The proof of purchase is included
Step 2: Take the return to the nearest post office and keep the proof until we confirm the return.

Step 3: The return costs of a return shipment are for your own account. Of course unless you send a return because you have received an error or damaged item.
Step 4: Once the return has been received and processed in our warehouse, you will automatically receive the refund to the account used by you for payment. If you have any questions about the return process, do not hesitate to contact us at info@mudbysyl.com. We are happy to help you!
When will my return be processed?
After you have sent your return and we have received your return in good order. It may take a few days from the arrival of your return before it is processed.
When your return has been processed, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible - within 14 days at the latest.
Can I exchange an item?
It is not yet possible to exchange an item for another item. You can always return your item if it meets the return conditions and then you can place a new order.
